Victor, NY – October 3, 2014 – Macarollin, a popular Rochester-area food truck, is bringing its gourmet macaroni and cheese concept indoors to Eastview in early 2015.
Owners Peter Causyn, Fred Kulikowski and Nathan Hurtt will open Macarollin in the Food Court in early 2015, serving up to four macaroni and cheeses a minute. Their rotating menu of 25 different options includes lobster macaroni and cheese, along with buffalo chicken, bacon, and the traditional classic macaroni and cheese.
Macarollin will join other locally owned restaurants including Nathan’s Soup and Salad and Mark’s Pizzeria (scheduled to open at Eastview this weekend). Another business with local roots, Three Brothers Winery, opened a store at Eastview in September, featuring the most popular elements of their Finger Lakes destination winery.
The addition of these retailers to Eastview is a direct result of mall owner Wilmorite’s ongoing effort to offer consumers the best shopping experience at Eastview. Last year Eastview opened more than a dozen new stores, many of which were first to the Rochester and Upstate New York markets, including Brooks Brothers, Michael Kors, Vera Bradley, and Von Maur.
