Eastview Mall: Customer Service Opportunity (PT)
Eastview Mall is looking for someone to work part time in the customer service center.
Salary: $12.50 hourly rate,
Hours: Part-time, 10-15 hours/week.
Currently need someone to work Saturday 3pm-8:15pm and Sunday 11am-6pm*** Additional hours may be available other weeks.***
Responsible for selling mall gift cards, gift-wrapping, stroller and wheelchair rentals. General customer service such as phone etiquette, knowledge of the mall and directions. General cleaning and maintenance of the booth during the shift.* Stocking and restocking of the booth.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and cash drawer reconciliation.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
