Visit Santa

We are thrilled to have Santa at Eastview! Santa will be in Main Court November 26 – December 24. Santa will be at his chair Monday – Saturday: 11am – 7pm and Sunday: 11am – 6pm. Please note that Santa will take a break every day at 2:30pm to feed the reindeer! On December 24, Santa will be at his chair 9am – 5pm and break 1pm – 1:45pm. We encourage children to write a letter ahead of time to put in Santa’s mailbox!
To help reduce crowds and wait times, and to make the experience as touchless as possible, VIP Recognition (the company that helps bring Santa to Eastview) encourages guests to make a reservation, and purchase their photo package, ahead of their visit; VIP staff will try to accommodate walk-up visits whenever possible.
As we have in years past, we will offer additional opportunities to visit Santa. Santa Cares is a program for individuals who require additional assistance, extra time, or who need a quieter, less stressful environment. Pet Night is an opportunity for families to bring their furry, four-legged (or scaly, no-legged) family members to meet Santa.
BOPUS & Curbside Pick-Up
Enjoy new ways of shopping at Eastview Mall – many of our retailers make shopping even easier by offering curbside pick-up OR buy online pick-up in store… or both!
Important notes about curbside pick-up: when you complete your transaction, please coordinate the pick-up location with the store. There are six different pick-up locations one outside each mall entrance. When you arrive at the mall, please contact the store directly and stay in your vehicle.
The Pirate Toy Fund & Holiday Toy Drive
We are proud to participate in The Pirate Toy Fund’s Annual Holiday Toy Drive! Help bring a smile to thousands of local children by donating new, unwrapped toys for kids and teens, from newborn to 17 years old. The Pirate Toy Fund’s Annual Holiday Toy Drive will be in Main Court on Monday, November 28.
Can’t make it to the drive? No problem! Eastview is a Pirate Toy Fund drop-off location all season (and year) long! Find the collection box by the carousel.

Choosing the right gift can be difficult…with a mall gift card your problem is solved! Available for purchase online or at our Customer Service Center (located off the Food Court) and valid at participating merchants at all Rochester Malls.

Holiday Gift Wrap
Ontario ARC’s annual Holiday Gift Wrapping Booth will be at Eastview in our Main Court. Proceeds from the Holiday Gift Wrapping Booth benefit the Friends of Ontario ARC Foundation and Ontario ARC’s growing menu of innovative programs and services for people with disabilities or other challenges in Ontario County.
