FT/PT Sales Associate
- Primary job responsibilities of a Sales Associate include the following:
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Sells at or above sales goals, maintains account solicitation and nonselling goals.
- Develops and maintains a listing of customers through the Customer FollowUp Program. Contacts customers via telephone and written communication.
- Learns about products in the department and other areas of the store to provide better customer service and to work in other areas as needed.
- Unpacks, displays, and maintains the condition of department merchandise.
- Cleans and maintains the department and stock areas, including dusting fixtures and sweeping the floor.
- Must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
FT/PT Customer Service Desk Associate
- Primary job responsibilities of a Customer Service Desk Associate include the following:
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Answers a multiline telephone, handles the telephone call or directs callers to the appropriate person or area.
- Provides customer charge account services, including opening instant accounts, accepting payments, answering customer questions, and giving approvals as requested.
- Prepares and wraps gifts with attention to detail, accuracy, and in a timely manner.
- Completes customer tickets for gift wrap orders and verifies customer tickets at pickup for order accuracy.
- Completes necessary cash work, including balancing the service desk drawer, balancing sales floor cash reports, and preparing the bank deposit.
Seasonal Sales Associate
- Primary job responsibilities of a Seasonal Sales Associate include the following:
- Provides various selling services to customers, bot in-person and over the telephone.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Sells at or above sales goals, maintains account solicitation and non-selling goods.
- Learns about products in the department and other areas of the store, to provide better customer service and to work in other areas as needed.
- Unpacks, displays, and maintains the condition of department merchandise.
- Cleans, and maintains the department and stock areas, including dusting fixtures and sweeping the floor.
