Part-Time Supervisor
-you will support the team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver results
-you share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations including opening and closing and maintain a visually appealing store
-you create a positive work environment
-you will share product knowledge with customers, use our selling strategy to drive sales, execute floor sets and filling the store as needed, and ring up customers as needed
-part time hours are up to 30 in a week with the opportunity to get more during peak seasons, vacation time for other managers, or helping other stores in the area
-you will get a discount at all our SPARC brands!
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, have flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (evenings, weekends, etc), prior supervisory experience preferred
Sales Associate
-you will engage with customers to create an amazing shopping experience
-you will achieve and exceed sales goals by executing our selling strategy
-you will share product knowledge with customers
-you will assist with daily opening/closing procedures, floorsets, filling the floor, and ringing customers
-you will create a fun work environment modeling our values
-you will get a discount at all our SPARC brands!
Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old, flexible schedule including at least 4 hours work time (we can work around school and sports), day availability and weekend availability preferred but not required
