  • Open and close the store for business

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
  • Develop relationships to grow store business 
  • Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
  • Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
  • Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
  • Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
