Assistant Boutique Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager)
Assistant Store Managers emphasize guest service, product, and visual presentation, while being a creative problem solver and possessing a business spirit to support the Boutique Team Leader. You will assist the Team Leader in building and retaining a high-performing and diverse team; motivating the team to provide an exceptional guest experience and maximize sales through coaching. In partnership with the Team Leader, you will understand business drivers, how to maximize profitability, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in the boutique.
Main Focus: Leadership including sales plans and delegating, evaluate and react to performance challenges, manage a focused and professional team, meet guest experience needs, visual merchandising, store operations including scheduling and deposits.
Required: able to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends and holidays, able to effectively maneuver the salesfloor, bending, prolonged standing, climbing and squatting, must be able to work alone, must be able to lift/carry 35 lbs

Sales Lead
Successful Lead Candidates will strongly embrace guest service, merchandising product, and visual presentation. In partnership with the Boutique Team Leader and Assistant Boutique Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that sales goals are achieved by leading brand standards for our guests and our team.

Sales Associate
Successful Stylist Candidates are mindful of fashions and trends offered in the boutique and is considered an ambassador of Francesca’s brand. You are responsible for ensuring that sales goals are achieved by supporting and executing brand standards for our guests. You assist with guest needs, offer product knowledge and merchandise, handle cash transactions, and maintain a neat and visually inspiring boutique environment.
Main Focus: Teamwork, Guest Experience, Visual Merchandising, Operations,
Stylists must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. And must be able to lift/carry 35 pounds.
