Sales Lead
Successful Lead Candidates will strongly embrace guest service, merchandising product, and visual presentation. In partnership with the Boutique Team Leader and Assistant Boutique Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that sales goals are achieved by leading brand standards for our guests and our team.
Main Focus: Leadership, People/Talent, Guest Experience, Visual Merchandising, and Operations
Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift/carry 35 pounds
Sales Associate
Successful Stylist Candidates are mindful of fashions and trends offered in the boutique and is considered an ambassador of Francesca’s brand. You are responsible for ensuring that sales goals are achieved by supporting and executing brand standards for our guests. You assist with guest needs, offer product knowledge and merchandise, handle cash transactions, and maintain a neat and visually inspiring boutique environment.
Main Focus: Teamwork, Guest Experience, Visual Merchandising, Operations,
Stylists must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. And must be able to lift/carry 35 pounds.
