The role of: Seasonal Manager
The Seasonal Manager is responsible for driving sales and managing total operations at the Go! Holiday Kiosk. Managers create an engaging and fun experience for our customers and a challenging and rewarding opportunity for our associates. Successful managers are interactive, KPI driven, high energy, and consumer focused. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with team members and corporate support.
Required Experience/Education/Certification
Prior experience as a store manager or assistant with a sales focus.
3 years of more retail experience/ management experience
A four year degree is desired for this position/relevant experience will certainly be considered
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

The Role of: Sales Associate
Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service, in order to deliver an engaged experience to every customer, every time.
Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork.
Maintain all store displays and uprights/shelves in between customer interactions.
Actively engage customers and remain attentive to customer needs.
Assist customers with product selections and process all customer orders or returns.
Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the sales manager.
Required Education/Experience/Certification
High school diploma/GED
Retail experience
Ability to increase sales
