Position Title: Part-Time Sales Associate

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques 
  • Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators 
  • Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty 
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers with purchases  
  • Conduct customer outreach using company tools 
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience 
  • Maintain showroom appearance and visual merchandising standards 
  • Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory, promotions and organization 
  • Follow company policies and maintain safety standards
  • Key holder 

Requirements: 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality 
  • Availability for weekends and holidays  
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, etc.)
