Position Title: Part-Time Sales Associate
Position Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques
- Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators
- Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers with purchases
- Conduct customer outreach using company tools
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain showroom appearance and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory, promotions and organization
- Follow company policies and maintain safety standards
- Key holder
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Availability for weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, etc.)
