July 10, 2026 – Rochester, NY – Eastview Mall announces five new merchants coming to the shopping center – Happy Beauty, Snipes, Good Life Collective, a specialty Toys R Us pop-up shop, and a Dunkin Donuts & Jimmy Johns combination storefront. In addition to these five new merchants, the popular coffee kiosk, Starbucks¸ is relocating to Main Court near LEGO.
Eastview Starbucks is in the process of relocating and will open in the coming days. In Main Court, near LEGO and JD Sports, the brand-new kiosk will continue to offer their extensive menu of handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries. Starbucks lovers can order their favorite drinks, collect mobile stars, and enjoy delicious beverages while shopping at their favorite stores.
Beauty and cosmetic retailer, Happy Beauty, features a curated mix of indie brands, K-beauty favorites, and everyday essentials that deliver great results without the high price tag. Based in Texas with locations in the southwest, Happy Beauty’s new 2,850 new square foot storefront will be just inside Entrance 4 off Main Court; previous tenant Exotic Snack Factory will relocate to the Von Maur Wing next to Lids and Andy’s Candies. Happy Beauty construction is expected to begin in the coming months.
Snipes, a globally recognized sneaker and streetwear retailer, is scheduled to begin construction in the coming weeks. Located in the JCPenney Wing, between Aerie and la Vie en Rose, the new 3,000 square foot space will be the second Snipes location in Rochester; the other is in The Mall at Greece Ridge. With over 300 stores across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest, Snipes has well-known brand partners like Meek Mill, 21 Savage, and DJ Khaled, giving shoppers the opportunity to take inspiration from top tastemakers in the industry.
With construction well underway, locally owned Good Life Collective is expected to open in the next month. Good Life Collective is a premium recreational cannabis dispensary offering a wide selection of expertly curated, high-quality products. This new 1,518 square foot space is just inside Entrance 6, and is the fifth Good Life Collective location in Western New York – their four other locations are in Canandaigua, Batavia, Buffalo, and downtown Rochester.
Beloved brand Toys R Us returns to individual brick and mortar spaces; their new Eastview store is a specialty pop-up location. A leading kids store for all toys, dolls, action figures, learning games, building blocks and more, Toys R Us will occupy 5,701 square feet in the Dick’s House of Sport Wing next to Offline. Work in the space is expected to begin soon.
National favorites, Dunkin Donuts and Jimmy John’s, are coming to the Eastview Food Court with construction slated to start later this year. The 1,005 square foot space will be a joint combination storefront, located next to Burger King. Dunkin offers coffee, doughnuts, sandwiches, juices, and more; Jimmy Johns, known for their speedy service, offers submarine sandwiches.
In just the last thirteen months, Eastview has welcomed twenty-one new merchants to the tenant mix. Of those, fifteen – Aur Society, Below Zero Spa, Fabletics, Rowan, Fries Fries Fries, Express, Swarovski, Lolli & Pops, Urban Planet, Perfumania, Krispy Krunchy Chicken, Auntie Anne’s 2, Newbury Comics, Capital One Café, and Mouna Jewelers – have opened their doors, and six – Snipes, Toys R Us, Good Life Collective, Happy Beauty, Dunkin Donuts & Jimmy John’s combination, and mall anchor Bass Pro Outpost – are under construction.
