February 3, 2023 – Rochester, NY – Eastview is preparing to welcome four new retailers to the shopping center. The retail mix will expand to include Cinderella Nails, Daily Thread, Dry Goods, and Valencia Jewelry. All four retailers are slated to open in the first half of 2023.
Locally owned Cinderella Nails will combine two spaces to create 2,475 sq ft in the Macy’s Wing, opening their third location in the Rochester area. Cinderella Nails offers a variety of luxurious spa services including manicures and pedicures, customizable with gel and powder, hot stone massage, and masks.
Daily Thread is an emerging national brand offering an ever-changing selection of women’s apparel. Located in Eastview’s Macy’s Wing, Daily Thread’s 5,218 sq ft store will feature inclusive sizes and affordable fashion. Daily Thread will also open at The Mall at Greece Ridge, and The Marketplace Mall; these three locations in the Rochester Malls are their first in upstate New York.
Dry Goods features an ever-changing selection of today’s fashions for young women, offering shoppers everything to pull together the latest on-trend looks. Dry Goods’ 3,625 sq ft location will also be in the Macy’s wing; it is their first location in New York. While separate retailers, Dry Goods shares a parent company with Eastview favorite Von Maur, as well as their values and exceptional Customer Service standards.
Jewelry retailer Valencia Jewelry will offer shoppers on-trend fashion jewelry at their new 1,761 sq ft space located in Cross Court. Shoppers will find a variety of necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and more at Valencia Jewelry.

These merchants will enhance our tenant mix while also bringing additional business and selection to the Macy’s Wing,” said Eastview General Manager, Mike Kauffman.
This announcement follows recent news of additional tenants, as Eastview continues to provide shoppers with exceptional in-person experiences. In 2022, Eastview announced seven new merchants, including Mediterranean fast-casual Pita Chik which is slated to open in the Food Court this year.
Additional changes include the relocation of longtime salon, Mario’s Hair Designers. In the coming weeks, Mario’s Hair Designers will re-open in their new location in Cross Court, just outside JCPenney. Clients should contact Mario’s directly with inquiries regarding appointments and product purchases.
