February 17, 2025 – Rochester, NY – Eastview Mall announces the addition of two merchants opening at the shopping center – Newbury Comics and Mouna Jewelry. This marks the first ‘new store’ announcement of the year, both are expected to open this Spring.
With locations throughout the Northeast, retailer Newbury Comics is your destination for all things pop culture; this is their first location in the Greater Rochester Area. Packed with Blind Boxes full of surprises, bins of Vinyl and CDs, stacks of Graphic Novels and Manga, and thousands of Trading Cards to collect — Newbury Comics caters to shoppers of all interests. Coming to Main Court, Newbury Comics will take the 4,388 square feet currently occupied by FYE and is slated to open this Spring.
Leading entertainment retailer, FYE, will relocate to the Macy’s wing; their new 5,218 square foot store is located between TORRID and Spencer’s and is currently under construction. After returning to Eastview in 2021, FYE’s move reinforces their connection between shoppers and entertainment through innovative and creative products. The new store will continue to offer their unique staples and is expected to open in the coming weeks
Local business, Mouna Jewelers celebrates the art of fine jewelry with an unparalleled collection of breathtaking and distinctive pieces. Built on family heritage, Mouna Jewelers features generations of craftsmanship, hands-on experience, and time-honored techniques with thoughtful design. The new 900 square foot store is slated to open this Spring across from The GAP.
In addition, InTune Supper Club held their official Grand Opening this past weekend, combining dinner with top-tier live entertainment. The 8,612 square foot venue is located at the front of the property next to the Sundial. InTune Supper Club’s standard offer is a show-dependent ticket price that includes the set Supper Club Dinner and a live musical performance, with opens to upgrade meal options for an additional cost. Hours are currently Thursday – Saturday with plans to expand.
In October 2025, Bass Pro Shops announced a new location at Eastview. This 90,000 square foot Outpost will be the company’s fifth in the great state of New York, serving the entire Finger Lakes Region. Eastview’s Bass Pro Outpost will continue the company’s reputation of serving the passionate sportsmen and women with the widest selection of quality products at the best prices; bringing the best in outdoor gear, family fun, and conservation. It is expected to open late 2026.
In November 2025, NYS Department of Veterans’ Services installed Rochester’s first ‘Veterans Welcome Center’ kiosk at Eastview, just inside Entrance #6 near The Source Fine Jewelers. The dual-sided kiosk provides information to Veterans and their families about the benefits, programs, and resources earned by virtue of their service — as well as contacts from NYS agencies that can assist them free of charge in securing them. The display can also highlight local benefits, programs, services, resources, and events.
In the last twelve months, Eastview has announced twenty new merchants to the tenant mix. Of those, fifteen – Brooks Brothers, Pac Sun, Bespoke Menswear, Aur Society, Below Zero Spa, Fabletics, Rowan, Fries Fries Fries, Express, Swarovski, Lolli & Pops, Urban Planet, Perfumania, Krispy Krunchy Chicken, and InTune Supper Club – have opened their doors, and five – Capital One Café, Auntie Anne’s 2, Newbury Comics, and Mouna Jewelers, and Bass Pro – are under construction.
