July 10, 2023 – Rochester, NY – Eastview announces six new merchants to the shopping center. New retailers Warby Parker and MiniSo, along with Nara Coffee & Bakery, will be joining the tenant mix in the coming months. Three merchants, announced previously, Pita Chik and Valencia Jewelry have recently opened their doors to Eastview guests, with Cinderella Nails to closely follow.
A welcome new addition to the Eastview Food Court, locally owned Pita Chik offers delicious, fast casual, Mediterranean food. The new 740 square foot Pita Chik is now open and located next to Charleys Philly Steaks. Officially serving their first dish on June 21, Pita Chik features healthy choices and farm-fresh ingredients sourced by local farmers.
Jewelry retailer Valencia Jewelry opened their doors last week and offers shoppers on-trend fashion jewelry at their new 1,761 sq ft space located in Cross Court, just outside the Food Court. Shoppers will find a variety of necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and custom-made jewelry pieces at Valencia Jewelry.
Locally owned Cinderella Nails is slated to open in the coming weeks at Eastview. The new salon combined two spaces to create 2,475 sq ft in the Macy’s Wing, this is their third location in the Rochester area. Cinderella Nails offers a variety of luxurious spa services including manicures and pedicures, customizable with gel and powder, hot stone massage, and masks.
Coming soon to Eastview, Warby Parker, a prescription glasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses retailer. Founded primarily as an online retailer, Warby Parker recently began branching out into brick-and-mortar spaces. With it’s beginning as a start-up, through experience, innovation, and engagement, Warby Parker has created an shopping environment that leaves customers happy and looking good, with money in their pockets. Warby Parker’s new 2,185 sq ft location will be in Center Court, adjacent to Starbucks, and is expected to open in Fall 2023.
Coming Soon to Eastview, MiniSo is a lifestyle retailer expanding into the U.S. market. Moving into a 3,453 sq ft space in the JCPenney Wing between Tilly’s and Aéropostale, MiniSo is an affordable variety store and is slated to open in Fall 2023. MiniSo offerings include household goods, cosmetics, stationery, toys, and kitchenware – through both collaborations and original designs; many available under brands like Disney, Marvel, Toy Story, and more!
Nara Coffee & Bakery will be coming to the Food Court. Located in 1,054 sq ft space next to Root31, shoppers will be able to enjoy coffee and baked goods from Nara Coffee & Bakery.

In addition to these six new tenants, Cinderella Nails, MiniSo, Nara Coffee & Bakery, Pita Chik, Valencia Jewelry, and Warby Parker, Eastview has also welcomed five other merchants to the property in the last twelve months. Since Summer 2022, Eastview has opened OFFLINE by Aerie, JD Sports, Adelita’s Mexican Cocina and Tequila, Showcase, and Dry Goods.
Another retail change includes the relocation of long-time customer destination, Oriental Rug Mart, now open in their new location just outside Von Maur, next to the fireplace. Customers should contact Oriental Rug Mart directly with inquiries regarding purchases.
