September 5, 2025 – Rochester, NY – Eastview announces the opening of Fabletics,the newest retailer to join the center. Eastview Mall has secured the first and only Fabletics location in upstate New York, offering shoppers the fit and feel of luxury activewear, at an accessible price. While they first opened their doors on August 28, the Grand Opening is scheduled for Saturday, September 6.
Fabletics’ Grand Opening kicks off on Saturday, September 6 at 10:00am. The first 100 shoppers to make a purchase of $79 or more, will receive a FREE legging or men’s shorts. Storewide discounts include 60% for Fabletics VIP Members and 50% off for nonmembers.
The new 1,800 square foot store is located in the Macy’s Wing, next to Sephora. Founded in 2014 as an online retailer, Fabletics has begun branching out into brick-and-mortar spaces; a testament to the in-person shopping experience. Initially based on a subscriber program known as Fabletics VIP, Eastview Fabletics welcomes all shoppers, members and nonmembers – there are no commitment requirements to shop in the store. The VIP program grants members all-access to the best prices, exclusive in-store events, early access, and other benefits.
In the last twelve months, Eastview has welcomed fourteen new merchants to the tenant mix. Of those, eight – la Vie en Rose, Chuck’s Arcade (originally Fun Spot), Brooks Brothers, Pac Sun, Bespoke Menswear, Aur Society, Below Zero Spa, Fabletics – have opened their doors, and six –Capital One Café, Fries Fries Fries, Lolli and Pops, Rowan, Swarovski, and Urban Planet – are under construction.
In addition to the new merchants at Eastview, pop culture specialty retailer Box Lunch moved to Main Court, Amita’s Spa moved to their former space near The GAP, and denim leader Buckle will be moving next to Abercrombie.
