October 10, 2025 – Rochester, NY – Eastview announces the opening of Fries Fries Fries in the Food Court; after a soft opening earlier this week, Fries Fries Fries’ Grand Opening is scheduled for Saturday, October 11. In addition, Eastview announces a second Auntie Anne’s location coming soon, Perfumania coming soon, and new ownership of So Chill Creamery.
Fries Fries Fries’ Grand Opening kicks off on Saturday, October 11th at 11:00am with a ribbon cutting. To celebrate the big day, all customers between 11:00am and 3:00pm will receive a FREE small order of their hot, crispy fries.
Occupying the 740 square feet between Pita Chik and Famous Wok, Fries Fries Fries features crave-worthy gourmet fries and signature poutines, hotdogs and footlongs, pulled pork and braised beef. From classics to fully loaded creations, Fries Fries Fries has built a loyal following for their bold flavors, generous portions, and friendly service. “Our customers have been asking for this for a while, and we’re so excited to finally open our doors at this new spot,” said Paul Gallagher, Owner of Fries Fries Fries. “We love seeing people come together over good food — and we can’t wait to share our fries with even more fry lovers!”
In the coming weeks, mall favorite Auntie Anne’s will expand their Eastview operation and open a second location in the Dick’s House of Sport Wing. In their new 840 square foot storefront, located next to Claire’s, Auntie Anne’s will continue to serve Eastview shoppers their famous hand-baked pretzels and refreshing lemonades.
Coming soon to the Dick’s House of Sport Wing, next to Yankee Candle, Perfumania offers an extensive collection of perfumes, colognes, fragrances, gift sets, and accessories. The 1,349 square foot store is scheduled to open before the Holiday Season.
Locally owned So Chill Creamery, located just off the Food Court between Showcase and Auntie Anne’s, is now under new ownership. Shoppers and ice cream lovers will still find a wide variety of ice creams, shakes, and endless toppings.
In the last twelve months, Eastview has announced eighteen new merchants. Of those, twelve – la Vie en Rose, Chuck’s Arcade (originally Fun Spot), Brooks Brothers, Pac Sun, Bespoke Menswear, Aur Society, Below Zero Spa, Fabletics, Rowan, Express, Raymour & Flanigan Outlet,and Fries Fries Fries, – have opened their doors, and six – Capital One Café, Lolli and Pops, Swarovski, Urban Planet, Auntie Anne’s second location, and Perfumania – are under construction.
In addition to the new merchants at Eastview, pop culture specialty retailer Box Lunch moved to Main Court, Amita’s Spa moved to their former space near The GAP, and denim leader Buckle will be moving next to Abercrombie. Shopper favorites Yankee Candle, Athleta, and FYE have all been recently renovated.
