September 26, 2025 – Rochester, NY – Eastview announces the opening of piercing retailer Rowan,the newest merchant to join the center. Rowan Eastview is the first, and only, location in upstate New York outside of Albany. Recognizable retailers Express and Raymour & Flanigan Outlet also opened their doors, continuing to enhance Eastview’s tenant mix.
As a leader in the piercing and jewelry world, Rowan, the mom-founded and women-led company, provides ear piercing by licensed nurses only with hypoallergenic jewelry always. The new 645 square foot parlor, located between Vera Bradley and Free People, is a stylish addition to the Von Maur wing. Rowan has built a reputation for providing exemplary ear piercing thanks to their studio teams’ keen understanding of style and placement and their high-quality jewelry. Rowan’s mission is centered around five pillars – ear piecing by licensed nurses, a diverse and hypoallergenic jewelry selection, exemplary hygiene standards, a medical advisory board, and joyful design.
Returning to Eastview after thirteen months, Express has reopened their doors in their previous 7,500 square foot location in the Macy’s Wing. For decades, Express has shaped fashion, confidence and self-expression and today they’ve renewed their mission. Featuring both menswear and womenswear, Express offers everyday staples, workwear, and elevated styles for special moments.
With an expansion into the adjacent storefront, Raymour & Flanigan Outlet has opened next door to their retail store across the parking lot from Macy’s. Occupying 13,520 square feet, Raymour & Flanigan Outlet offers high quality furniture and stylish designs without an upgraded price tag; shoppers can find bargains on amazing new looks for any room.
In the last twelve months, Eastview has welcomed sixteen new merchants. Of those, eleven – la Vie en Rose, Chuck’s Arcade (originally Fun Spot), Brooks Brothers, Pac Sun, Bespoke Menswear, Aur Society, Below Zero Spa, Fabletics, Rowan, Express, and Raymour & Flanigan Outlet – have opened their doors, and five – Capital One Café, Fries Fries Fries, Lolli and Pops, Swarovski, and Urban Planet – are under construction.
In addition to the new merchants at Eastview, pop culture specialty retailer Box Lunch moved to Main Court, Amita’s Spa moved to their former space near The GAP, and denim leader Buckle will be moving next to Abercrombie. Shopper favorites Yankee Candle, Athleta, and FYE have all been recently renovated.
