November 6, 2025 – Rochester, NY – Eastview Mall announces three new merchants have opened their doors at the shopping center: Swarovski, Urban Planet, and Lolli & Pops. These additions mark a total of eight new stores to open at Eastview within the last two months.
After first opening their doors quietly on November 2nd, Lolli & Pops’ Grand Opening kicks off on Friday, November 7th at 11:00am with a ribbon cutting. To celebrate the new store, the first 4,000 customers at Lolli & Pops receive a free Hammonds candy bar with any purchase. Lolli & Pops’ new 2,400 square foot space next to Hannoush Jewelers offers a wide selection of candy including gummies, international snacks, an in-house collection, chocolate, bulk candy, handmade truffles, and gifts.With stores nationwide and plans to expand, Lolli & Pops focuses on customer service and the experience of discovery.
Swarovski, renowned for their mastery of crystal cutting, innovation, and design, returned to Eastview and opened on October 13th. Swarovski occupies an 817 square foot storefront near Center Court, between Janie and Jack and Kay Jewelers; they offer jewelry, watches, accessories, decorations, and gifts. The periwinkle store design highlights the sparkle of the crystals and currently features the new Ariana Grande collection. For over 125 years, Swarovski has pushed the boundaries of crystal through refinement and exploration, enhancing sparkle.
Fashion retailer Urban Planet is one of the fastest growing brands in Canada with over 100 locations, rapidly expanding across the country and across the border. Now open in the Von Maur Wing, across from Andy’s Candies and Lids, Urban Planet’s 15,080 square foot store offers the latest fashion, footwear & accessory trends for young people aged 16 to 24. Urban Planet’s retail philosophy is “shopping should be fun and great fashion should be accessible to everyone”.
In the last thirteen months, Eastview has added nineteen new merchants to the tenant mix. Of those, fifteen – la Vie en Rose, Chuck’s Arcade (originally Fun Spot), Brooks Brothers, Pac Sun, Bespoke Menswear, Aur Society, Below Zero Spa, Fabletics, Rowan, Express, Raymour & Flanigan Outlet, Fries Fries Fries, Swarovski, Urban Planet, Lolli & Pops – have opened their doors, and four – Capital One Café, Auntie Anne’s second location, Perfumania, and Bass Pro Shops Outpost – are under construction.
In addition to the new merchants at Eastview, pop culture specialty retailer Box Lunch moved to Main Court, Amita’s Spa moved to their former space near The GAP, and denim leader Buckle will be moving next to Abercrombie in the coming weeks. Shopper favorites Yankee Candle, Athleta, and FYE have all been recently renovated. Locally owned So Chill Creamery is now under new ownership.
